The Gender Wage Gap

Attached are thorough notes on the feminist theories that can be used, two theories should be included in the paper. Also attached is my midterm where I wrote on the feminist theories.The paper should be 10 pages, with about six outside sources on the topic (footnotes added).The topic I chose is the Gender Wage Gap, and diving into the racial divisions that exist within women pay. the two theories should be: Catherine MacKinnon’s and Hill Collin’s.info: Catharine MacKinnon’s and Hill Collins’ theories provide good context and explanation of women’s situation in contemporary America. MacKinnon’s difference and dominance approach discusses the two routes to equality and the paradoxes that exist in feminism and gender inequality thought. Collin’s theory is essential to understanding women’s situation in America because she addresses intersectionality which is something the other theorists either don’t mention or fail to consider as a main point.
