The training requirements include developing compliance procedures and standards tailored to the business needs of the company, designate high-level of personal skills in overseeing compliance, avoiding delegating discretionary authority towards workers with illegal conduct propensity, designating compliance system which includes monitoring and auditing procedures which employees to consider reporting a potential violation, and enforcing standards within the organization (Wachs, 2017).
  13. The ethical training ought to cater for the risks associated with the groups through peer, emotional and logical pressure arguments. In case a person does not have techniques which resonate with the skeptic of ethics, then there will be another one who has.

  15. Different methods can be used to train ethics in an organization, including diversity training, compliance and regulatory training, customer relations, company culture, ethical dilemmas, code of ethics, data protection and company privacy, and ethical conduct (Wachs, 2017).
  16. In diversity training, the workers have to be trained on aspects such as gamification that brings together people of different minds and backgrounds to solve problematic situations.
  17. In compliance and regulatory training, every employee has to be conversant with the organizational rules and regulations and the ones set by regulatory standards boards.
  • In customer relations training, there is a need to educate workers on the importance of engaging and maintaining good relations with the customers as it attracts them more.
  1. Company culture involves the employees being trained on ways in which the organizational culture promotes employee well-being by bringing them together for professional and personal development.
  2. Ethical dilemmas educate the employees on the encounter with two conflicting issues that require making choices. The workers have to be taught on ways of handling such situations.
  3. It is important to educate workers on the code of ethics. This includes professional behavior, confidentiality, professional competence, objectivity, and integrity to be applied in the business.
  • In data protection and the company privacy segment, the workers have to be trained on the issues of ensuring the information regarding a client, other employees, and the organization is kept private and cannot be accessed by non-authorized personnel.
  • In the ethical conduct training, employees have to be trained on how to conduct themselves professionally as it will govern their behavioral aspect and decision-making process. This entails aspects, such as conflicting interests, safety, and harassment.

Managing ethics in an organization is a challenging task. Employees who cannot grasp these ethical guidelines and habitually violate those values after being given earnest mentorship and coaching in those values need to be fired. If management does not make it clear that core value violations will not be tolerated, you will foster a culture that is entirely separate from the organization’s stated values. The only viable solution to the problem will be to conduct ethical training.
