4. The companies mission statement
5. How is HRM addressed in company locations outside of the USA
6. How has the company responded to Globalization.
7. How has the company managed organizational change
8. Competencies and recruiting the right talent.

Required to be at least five double­spaced pages.

Human Resourse Management ( HRM): Is the comprehensive set of
managerial activities and tasks concerned with developing and
maintaining a qualied workforce—human resources –in ways
that contribute to organizational eectiveness

Using literature review (e.g. biographies of founders, press releases, annual reports,
magazine and newspaper articles), employee interviews, review of “promotional”
materials (including web sites, brochures, catalogs, advertisements etc.), each student
is required to produce a report which covers, but is not limited to the following areas:
