Prior to class, and after reading/viewing the module assignment, select one of the following and conduct an assessment. Collect both subjective and objective data using the process described in the textbook. Then, document your findings and bring them to class. Your instructor may ask that you submit your documentation. If so, submit your completed assignment by following the directions linked below. Please check the Course Calendar for specific due dates.
