A 6 step analysis for a public health case

Topic: Find a case study in leadership and/or management.Determine the 6 steps used to assess the case study. You can find cases using the search engine PubMed: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/ The case will address a public health problem with a leadership and/or management solution. You can use any resources to find the leadership/management case.
Instruction: Discuss the public health problem the case addresses in step 1. In step 2, be sure to do SWOT analysis and present the main organization with a summary of their mission statement (in your own words–make sure to use a citation for this). For step 3, discuss the root cause of the problem and the priority issues for the intervention to address. For step 4, discuss the solution in the case which will be a leadership/management solution, apply a theoretical perspective to that solution (with citation, applying most of the constructs), and discuss two alternative leadership and/or management solutions that could be applied to the problem in your case that were not mentioned in your case (make sure to include citations. For step 5, make one solid recommendation based on the solution in the case and the identified alternative solutions. Step 6, list the key steps of the solution to the case OR the recommendation AND give a time estimate to complete each step. Clearly label the steps. Word Limit is 180-200 excluding references and in-text citations. Include one idea from one academic peer-reviewed journal.
