Give an overview of the concept of agile project management and be sure to include in your discussion the concepts of a sprint, planning meeting, stand-up meeting, scrum Master, Product Owner, backlog, a story, etc. How do you become a certified Scrum Master – refer to the scrum alliance and Scum.org ms of slack be important to a project manager?
