Identify your controversy and explain how the source is relevant. Why is it important to analyze this particular text for Project 2?
Briefly explain your research process. How did you find this source? (e.g., what search engines, databases, and keywords did you use?)
Summarize the author’s position. (~250 words)

Don’t try to cover all of the author’s points. Instead, condense the information in the article by answering: What is the author’s primary argument and what reasons do they present in support of this argument?
Use your own language when the author’s expression is not essential, and quote the author’s exact wording when it is memorable or conveys the tone of the argument.
Use attributions and signal phrases (such as “Smith says” or “according to Bell”) when quoting or paraphrasing the source.
Do not offer your own opinions about the argument–just represent it neutrally.
Refer to Good Reasons 2.4 and 19.6 for advice on writing effective summaries.
Evaluate credibility, bias, and evidence in the text. (~150 words)
