Assume the role of Jaclyn (from the chapter case prior to writing an angry email). She has just had a conversation with Haniz about developing a new website. Jaclyn feels that Haniz dominated the conversation and didn’t allow her to express her ideas. She thinks the plan to develop the website is incomplete because it doesn’t involve the integration of social media. She wants to approach Haniz and discuss the web development plan in more detail. However, she doesn’t know how to start the conversation. She is just an intern. Haniz technically isn’t Jaclyn’s boss, but she is the lead person on the web development project.
