Civilization and Sacred Space

Learning objectives: 8* seeing the past as cultural minor of the present. 2) understanding the arrangement of scared space. 3) Being able to recognize the natural element, features and artifacts of which scared apace comprised.
My task : My school campus and its immediately surrounding area such a “scared” space glorify our ideology about education. I must go around the campus and construct a rough map of the scared space. be certain to notice not just the buildings, but also commemorative items, such as markers, benches, gardens, fountains,
and the like
the third is i must go to the library. Is it a scared space? what kind of objects (beside books, computers, and the like) do you see there? Sometimes a building might have particular relationship ( with other buildings, example what is different about the library? 1) What about other other campus building? student Center? Administration? HS?
2) What about my school art gallery? Is an art gallery scared apace” 3) What natural or modifications of natural characteristics enhance scared space? (Hints: look at items such as landscaping and where buildings sit in space in relation to each other. What features are nearby?) 4 What cultural features nearby enhance the sacredness? ( Hint consider the streets coming into and out of the campus?) How do structure such as the stadium. child care center, and the university fit into the picture?
