Literature Review
Write a Literature Review for your course project. Your paper should be 3–5 pages, written in APA format using in-text references with corresponding citations.

In writing the Literature Review, convey to the reader the research knowledge and ideas that have been established on the subject( Teacher professional development) Attached. Your draft must be defined by a guiding concept—your proposal objective or the problem and issues you are discussing.

Write the Literature review based on the problem that is mentioned in the proposal for change paper attached.

Find materials relevant to your subject, including literature that is important in assessing the problem or issue you identified and that discusses strategies and solutions for addressing the problem or issue. Go beyond summarizing. Compare and critically evaluate the literature. Discuss findings and conclusions, and relate the findings to your specific problem or issue.

Organize the Literature Review into sections that present themes or identify trends, including relevant theory. Later, you will support the elements of your Action Plan by drawing from the references in your Literature Review. Therefore, the Literature Review should directly relate to your specific problem and your objectives.

Your literature review should contain a minimum of 10 resources. Be sure that at least half of your resources are peer-reviewed articles.
