Consider the platform you have researched and the position you are starting to take, then: Create “something interesting” to convince the class of how your platform is changing the world.

Ultimately, you may approach this presentation in any way you see fit. You may develop a presentation, a comic book, a video-performative dance, a poem, a spoken word oration, a diatribe, a short movie, a play, a blog, a flash mob event, a web-mashup, etc…. The only restriction is that your presentation must present a sample of your research and communicate your argument; otherwise, go bananas.

The purpose of this assignment is twofold:

take a risk and innovate the clearest and most appealing “shape” your argument should take to reach your audience and achieve your purpose
give yourself an outline, visual aids, and even interesting rhetorical appeals which you can then transfer into a word document, and use along with the logical evidence, explanations, and transitions needed to complete the final essay.
If the images, videos, sound tracks, and other multimodal components of your presentation use the elements of your Annotated Bibliography to form an outline for Essay 3, then perhaps we will have proven part of Johnson’s argument about Liquid Networks, Serendipity, and the Adjacent Possible to be true…at least for writers.
The “something interesting” you create should engage your classmates and me for at least 7 minutes and no more than 10 minutes.

If you create a power point or prezi presentation, you must record and upload your performance for us to watch (consider using Screencast-o-matic.com (Links to an external site.)).

The “something interesting” must communicate your thesis (explicitly or implicitly).

You must present a sample of your research (a minimum of 4 sources)

Include an MLA works cited for all sources you use.
