This is chapter II for my dissertation proposal. I am changing my topic a lil bit from the original Chapter I and III you did, adding COVID-19 response to the shift in face to face learning to online the perceptions of faculty (in crisis/ or pandemic). I will amend those chapters. But have attached for your reference.

*Please feel free to use references you’ve already used in Chapters I and III* COVID-19 is new, so there isnt much out there on it yet in this topic, however, possible other “crisis” situations in colleges such as shootings, etc. might be of value. * China did a big research study on this with colleges and COVID-19. It was compelling. The goal is to gauge and find any literature that relates to shift (how, processes, etc.) in the higher edu. classroom in regards to training and course dev. during covid-19. All that is out there.
