1. What are techniques of neutralization? Describe the types mentioned by Sykes and Matza.
2. Module 4 readings are about nonmedical use of drugs, gambling and sexual abuse of children. Pick one of these deviant behaviors and discuss the techniques people use to justify their actions. To what extent, do you think people can identify with and accept their justification?
