Choose one of the following prompts to make your new essay. It will be 700-800 words, double-spaced, Times New Roman. It will incorporate 3 OUTSIDE SOURCES in MLA style,
properly cited in-text and with a Works Cited page as the final page of your paper.

A) Start with an area of design — perhaps from our ABSTRACT series menu — that you find most compelling. Explain your experience or encounter with this area of design. When have you been the beneficiary or victim of great or poor design?

B) Compare two instances of enacted design: this could be two schools, two bridges, two amusement parks, two fashion lines, or two airports, among many others. What seems to work best in the better design?

C) Fieldwork. This option builds off of the two previous prompts, but with the component of leaving your screen for the World World: visit the NOMA Sculpture Garden, the new Children’s Museum, or take an external dérive of the Superdome [not on game day]. Personal interviews count as sources (and are easier to cite).
