My Paper is about the effectiveness of Electric cars, if they are worth while to make or are they considerably too taxing on the environment. You might start by acknowledging that electric vehicles have become more popular in the past few years, but consumers might still wonder if they are worth the investment since they are typically more expensive than traditional combustion-engine vehicles are. Also, while electric cars do not produce the carbon emissions gas-fueled cars do, you might examine their actual carbon footprint (they DO still use energy, so at what cost).
