This a Research Paper is designed to give you the opportunity to demonstrate what you’ve learned from the class and apply it directly to your own personal experiences. This is not a reflection on the class and your experiences. Please find below a general outline that you need to follow concerning the paper. Please write this as a professional paper.
General guidelines for the paper:
The paper should:
Be 4-5 pages in length (not including cover page and references page).
Written in paragraph form with no bullets to include the intro, thesis statement, body of the paper, conclusion.
Paper should be based on the initial class assignment of your DAP Work Scenario.
Connected to relevant class content. You must include at least 3 topics/theories from the course and effectively describe how they relate.
Include the basic elements of a paper including an introduction, thesis statement, body of paper, and conclusion.
Requires in text citations for all book mater and 2 other outside sources.
Potential deductions include:
Failure to properly proofread your paper. If you have more than five spelling or grammatical errors, you will lose 25 points.
Failure to use APA format. If you fail to use APA formatting, you will lose 10 points.
Failure to cite at least 2 references other than your textbook. You may cite your textbook in addition to these references, but at least 2 primary references are required. If you fail to cite 2 primary references, you will lose 10 points.
