Disney market analysis and firm analysis. You will answer the following four questions. I expect about single-space two-pages answers.

1. By using Porter’s five forces framework, analyze the industry structure of Disney. As we know, Disney has several businesses. Focus on Disney’s amusement park (Disneyland, DisneyWorld etc.) business. Discuss each force and conclude if this industry is attractive or not as an incumbent player which is already in the market. Don’t forget that this is about industry, not firm.
