Introduction
This assignment invites you to reflect on the nature of ethical experience and how it is
shaped by the tools and organizational forms that are designed to address ethical concerns.
Broadly speaking, it is expected the you will draw on the materials assigned for the module
that cover these areas, such as Critchley (2007), Roberts (2003), Painter-Morland and ten
Bos and Schwartz (2000), for example. Also, use Crane and Matten (2016) as a guide to
additional literature. Besure also to refer to the additional readings listed in the Module
Outline.
There will be some degree of variations depending on the particular topic area or
phenomenon the essay focuses on. You are expected to write a reflection on what demands
the organization(s) (its type, focus, form and/or nature) you have chosen to focus on places
on its users as workers / consumers / citizens, and how this shapes the nature of ethical
experience. You can also write a more conceptual essay where you engage more with
theoretical literature and academic debates, and long as you address the four topics listed
