1. Introduction: The paper contains an introduction, which introduces the issues being addressed (from the readings) and includes a clear position on the topic of choice (via thesis statement).
a. How is the topic relevant to the current time? Describe how is the topic relevant? Which group(s) or individual(s) are affected: an individual person of the community or the entire community? Provide some evidence using peer-reviewed journals, research articles, or newspaper articles (local or regional sources) to support your claim(s).

2. Body Paragraphs: (7-8 pages) a. Describe how the topic have an impact on each dimension of health. Choose at least four (4) dimensions of health (Dimensions of Health: Environmental health, Social health, Emotional health, Spiritual health, Physical health and Intellectual health). Provide some evidence using peer-reviewed journals, research articles, or newspaper articles (local or regional sources) to support your claim(s).

b. Which of the branches of government: Federal, State, or City is responsible for managing the issues about the assigned topic? Once the group identifies the role of the certain branch of government in relation to the topic assigned, describe and explain some successes and failures that were addressed or not addressed by these governments with regard to the topic. Provide evidence using peer-reviewed journals, research articles, or newspaper articles (local or regional sources) to support the group’s response to this question. [Use Part 1. Step 2b as a guide].

c. Based on all of the information that you have gathered, describe and create a potential solution to the issue. Here are some points that will guide your thinking and writing:

i. Describe your solution to the issue in details. How can the issue be fixed or alleviated in both the short-term and long-term?
ii. How will the entire community/neighborhood benefit regardless of any person’s background? How will the solution bring back the community to work together for the sake of everyone’s common good?
iii. Who benefits and loses from any potential consequences?
iv. Does your solution already exist? If so, are there any data that suggest prior effectiveness? v. How is your solution helpful for the quality of life in your community/neighborhood?
vi. Finally, if the group had the ability to modify or to transfer a responsibility to another jurisdiction or entity, to where can it be transferred? Would the group take this approach? Explain why or why not.

3. Conclusion: a summary of your essay (at least one page). The paper includes a conclusion that re-introduces the position. The conclusion offers ideas for future directions and ends with universal statements regarding the issue
