Force Management Reflection: Reflective Term Essay

Scope: This module examines your ability to summarize lessons learned through term.
Apply lessons in the role of a SGM/CSM role. Research during previous lessons will allow focus on overall essay. Understanding and examining previous lessons to demonstrate cognitive level of understanding and application.
ELO: ELOs listed in term.
Action: Demonstrate a thorough analysis of the module enabling learning objective by addressing how you can employ the lessons learned in an organization/unit today as a SGM/CSM.
Conditions: As a member of a problem-solving team, or individually, in an asynchronous staff group classroom setting, using the online system capabilities, references, practical exercises, class discussions, and personal experiences based on the contemporary operational environment.

3.4.1 Force Management Reflective Essay
Purpose: Demonstrate an understanding of enabling learning objectives discussed during Department of Force Management. Assignment Instructions: Write a 2-3 page substantive essay demonstrating an understanding of ELOs presented during term. In reviewing ELOs write how you can employ the lessons learned not including title page or reference. List at a minimum two references utilized during the term.
