automotive, and it’s imperative to capture the ongoing growth seen with female buyers. This
intentional concept sought to celebrate each woman’s independent contribution, brings out the
collective efforts of women seeking to move others forward by paving their own paths.

encouraging women to be their own trailblazer. Beyond celebrating the diversity women bring to the
company on the products and programs they work on, we should aim to go a step further, and showcase
why it matters. Capture the driving belief that diversity in our team leads to more empathetic products
for our consumers and that same diverse representation drives human progress for all.
