Health Profile

Develop a comprehensive profile of someone with the chosen condition. Describe onset, diagnostic procedures and relevant background information (e.g., medical history, educational history, family history, treatment experience). Include an audiogram for your hypothetical patient. Describe any secondary conditions that need to be addressed (e.g., motor, cognitive, and other developmental issues; tinnitus; balance). Describe the appropriate hearing technology for this patient (e.g. hearing aids, cochlear implant) Prepare a 2-3 page summary, and 1 page reference page listing at least 5 sources (due by Nov 20th; 50 points).
