How can barco’s implementation of CRM through Microsoft dynamics can improve its sales?

This is is a competing with IT project, that requires a business and marketing concepts to be used in it. even though its straight forward, It definitely requires creativity.
So as the topic says, this assignment is talking about the benefits of an IT investment, so what you’re trying to analyze the benefits of implementing a CRM system to improve its sales. There are crucial figures and tables that you will have to include in part 1 such as:

Which are all included in the example 3 that i will be providing. the assignment in Example 3 is a really good example of how the assignment will look like however, that doesn’t mean that structure or all of the elements have to be included its what really corresponds with my topic.
There has to be a finance paragraph made of only one paragraph which can be around 3 to 4 lines, saying that financial costs have considered. because it is not required to get into details about finance in the project
