THESIS TOPICS
A Thesis is unlike any other paper written over the course of a Master’s program. In writing a thesis, the student is adding to the body of knowledge in the field. As such, a student’s thesis topic should be honed to a particular research proposition that contributes to the profession in the form of evaluating one of the following areas:

– a topic that has been heavily researched over the years but still poses timely and topical debate (e.g., The Efficacy of Unions in the 21st Century Workplace);

-a topic that is continually changing, such as legal issues in HR; or
a topic that is fairly new, such as E-recruiting or motivating Millennials or Gen Z
