The study includes the people who are excelled in the implementation of ERP like SAP in various Organizations like Accenture, TCS and many other implementation partners. It also involves the people who are implemented the ERP in Pharma and Medical Distribution companies. I am going to take 50% of the people who got failed to implement it in the Pharma and Medical Industry and the remaining who implemented successfully.

As of now, I have interviewed who implemented successfully in Pharma company and the implementation partners who did the implementation to the other companies successful and failed also. I have collected better data while interviewing them. I have interviewed the project managers in the Pharma company who have better experience in getting the ERM implemented successfully in Pharma and Medical division in a company. Also, I am going to meet the Director level people to discuss about the strategies which helped them to get excelled in implementing the ERP.
