Need to write why this subject is important and how organization approach that ;Why management need to decide pay (maybe high cost ) on this subject for organizations; With this subject, what kind of benefits or opportunity the organization will have; If do not care or do not assess the subject, what kind of risk will organization take?
d. What would an executive need/ want to know?
– In class, we stated that senior management focuses on the governance, strategy and risk management areas. Keep the focus of your paper on these areas.

– Format—you should use Calibri font size 11, 1 ½ spaced, normal margins, AT LEAST AND NO MORE THAN two (2) pages “plus” references on page three (3). Add page numbering in the Footer.

– Organization—you should organize your points/ thoughts in a logical order:
