I think that social workers are crucial in her organization but according to her they assign to many patients per social workers just so they don’t have to hire more employees and save money which leaves her with not enough free time.
12. Discuss your thoughts about the social worker’s role in the agency/organization.
I think her role in the organization is amazing since she feels fulfilled because all the people she gets to help on her job even though I do not agree with the organization because according to her they bur out their social workers instead of hiring more employees just to save money.
13. What did you learn about the social work profession during the interview with the social worker?
I learned that even though social work could be hard sometimes is a very fulfilling and amazing profession where you can always learn and get to help the patients.
