Restate your primary learning objective for SPML 6010 (see week 1 introductions). To what extent have your achieved your learning objective? Reflect back over the past eight weeks. What is the single most important take away for you from SPML 6010? If you were asked by an incoming sport management student “Why should I study sport law?” how would you respond?

Good afternoon to all my new schoolmates. Today is a great day! My name is Rasool Hajj and I’m from Philadelphia., PA. I currently work for the City of Philadelphia in the Dept. of Human Services as a Youth Counselor 2. I am a former middle school and high school basketball coach. Currently, I scout for one of the top basketball programs in the state. Also, I host several exposure events throughout the year. I try to use sports as a means to help our youth gain entrance to college and trade school through academics and scholarships. I am trying to achieve my master’s because I recently started a non-profit organization called Urban Sports Rescue, Inc. I look forward to meeting you all and hopefully partnering up on some projects in the future. “Seize the day”
