Leadership Plan

For your final assignment in this course, you will develop a plan for guiding and developing the members of your team. Following are the key elements you must address in your plan:
Describe the current situation for your team. This can be the actual situation for an existing team, or you may provide a fictitious situation description. This description will be the basis for the development of the rest of this assignment
Include an assessment of current conditions within the team, including the motivation and morale of team members, and your personal leadership strengths

Analyze the situation and provide recommendations for improving constructive feedback to your team and to individual team members

Evaluate and choose the communication techniques you would use to deliver key messages, both to the team as a whole and to individual team members

Evaluate and choose the motivation techniques you would use with, or model to, your team

Identify and evaluate those factors that are not under your control.

Limit your evaluations and choices to only those things that you can control

Describe the desired future state of your team. Explain how your leadership choices and proposed actions regarding those choices will help your team reach that desired future state

Compose a six-page paper describing your plan and addressing the elements listed above (page count does not include the title page, abstract, reference page, or appendix/appendices). Use at least two outside sources to support your work.
