select one topic in “literacy instruction,” and then write a research paper that includes the following:

Introduction
Problem statement
Significance and/or rationale for studying the problem
Research questions
Annotated bibliography of 6-8 resources that provides some background on the problem
The proposed method for studying the problem (qualitatively, quantitatively or mixed methods).

You may use some of your research that you have already completed for this course, but not the exact wording.
