Literature Review Assignments | Custom Assignments Help

For your final assignment in this class I would like you to get some experience reading academic literature and teasing out the important things from that literature. As such, in place of a final paper I will be asking you to read 7 academic journal articles and writing a short review of each of them. I have included a helpful link for what should be included in the literature review. Here is an outline for how it should look:

1. Cover Page

2. Briefly (1 paragraph) identify which theory you will be researching.

3. 7 individual entries for articles you have read which can follow this format (please write in paragraph form, not bullet points):

A. Bibliographic information for the article (APA or MLA, feel free to use easybib.com or bibme.com)

B. What the primary focus of that article is.

C. Why it’s relevant to our understanding of the theory you selected.

D. Potential reasons why the theory has problems (optional, as needed)

E. Why this theory proves/highlights the value of the theory.

Please contact me if you have trouble accessing literary sources because you are off-campus or if you are unsure whether your source is an academic one or really for any other reason.

This assignment should be approximately 4-5 pages with the addition of a works cited page & cover page.
