Mad Cow Disease

Chosen disease: mad cow disease/bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE)
The information will need to include:
etiology
signs and symptoms
how the disease impacts the body systems (the entire body)
how to treat the disease (medication and procedures along with side effects of both)
impact the disease has on costs, insurance, community (this is not always monetary in nature)
prognosis of the disease (be sure you know what prognosis means)

This paper is worth 100 points and must be written in 12 point font in proper APA format using Word and submitted in the correct area.
You must use at least three scholarly references with at least one being an electronic sources.
Plagiarism will not be tolerated and may result in the student earning a “zero” for the assignment.
You must have a cover page, introduction, body (to include all the information above), conclusion, and reference page.  Methods is not needed (shows in sample), but if included must be written correctly.
You must have in-text citations to correspond with your reference page.
Choose one heading format and stick with it throughout the paper.  The sample template has multiple choices.  Indent or not, but be consistent.  However, the reference page must be hanging indent.
