Managing Organizational Change

Create three innovation ideas:
A way to improve a process for your organization (unit level)
A new service or policy for your organization (unit level)
An idea for a change in strategic direction for your organization (large level)
Create one Word document that includes the following information for all three innovation ideas. Each paragraph should be 5-6 complete sentences. (Learning Objectives 1, 2, and 3).
One paragraph that describes the idea (please define all terms)
Two paragraphs on the destabilizing forces that might assist in bringing this change about and why the innovation will make a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the unit or organization.
One paragraph on why this idea is innovative according to Rogers, using the attributes of innovation.
