Managing Product Portfolios (2019)

Students are to act as ‘New Product Managers’ within Crown Holdings – a world-leading metal packaging firm. Students will be composing a ‘New Product Proposal’ for submission to senior management. (This report 2500words)will present a new packaging concept and a business case for investment in that concept from senior management. Each student will select a brief (There are four briefs to choose from each outlining a particular issue/opportunity relating to a consumer project (these are mentioned and detailed in the assignment details document which is located at the last page of this report assignment details document). There are a number of projects available, have some flexibility in choosing a project which the writer feels more suited to choose from however i strongly recommend the writer to choose project C(Interactive Beverage can one) and use a company like Pepsi for brief C.(Remember to always refer to the report assignment details document as well as the powerpoints.)
