You will be adding and correcting the Marshall_FinalSignatureProject file that is attached.
Here is what needs to be corrected.

1. Chapter 2 Signature Project
This is a great start but does not meet the requirements.
You must identify a THEORY or TREND – which has not been done. The theory must be introduced (explain the precepts of the theory) and then you must explain how it applies to the proposal.
After this, the best practice information follows – and what you have for it is fine. EXCEPT your headers are not formatted in accordance with APA requirements. You need to correct these.
I did not check your references for format errors either –

2. Chapter 3 Signature Project
Good start – but work on this –
Please change the tense to proposal format –
Organization needs to be worked on. Please look at the provided sample paper and reorganize your information likewise
– Research design should be followed by the procedures
– Sampling – should include the sampling method and justification
– Instrumentation – should ONLY include an overview of the data collection instruments (description of each, scoring, validity and reliability)
– Data collection and analysis should not give the step-by-step details, these should be in procedures. Data collection describes the data that will be collected and how it will be analyzed
– Protection of human subjections should discuss the processes for (1) obtaining permission to conduct this study (2) gaining consent from parents (3) gaining assent and (4) ensuring confidentiality of data
Also, be sure to include a section covering this information – Needed resources are identified, justified, and a leveraged plan for acquiring resources is clear and supported.
3. Add and finish to Appendix A. I have already completed Appendix B and C.

You do not have to fix Chapter 1. You will focus on fixing and adding to Chapter 2 and 3. Chapter 3 will require references. Please make sure you paraphrase.
