In the first milestone, you analyzed the NOHS ethical standards and legal considerations in human services practices. In the second milestone, you applied what
you learned in the first milestone to your review of the case study provided. The case study gave you a closer look at a real-life scenario that you might encounter
as a human services professional. In this final milestone, you will write your conclusion, summarizing key ethical and legal considerations that relate to your
analysis in Milestone One and your review of the case in Milestone Two. You will evaluate strategies that you could incorporate into policies that would prevent
lawsuits in your profession, and also discuss important components that must be addressed in the discharge planning process. This conclusion is the culmination
of all that you have learned as a result of preparing the previous two milestones, and is based on human services best practices that have been covered in the
course.
For this milestone, you will submit a draft of the conclusion, including all critical elements listed below. The conclusion should include cultural issues along with
ethical and legal considerations, from both a general agency and a hospital-specific setting. From the analysis, provide ideas about policies that could be utilized
more effectively to prevent the misuse of health and confidential information, particularly in a hospital setting. The State Department of Health and Human
