2. You must identify the connection between the activity and a stress management (coping and/or theory as discussed in class). For example: “Watching Movies” helps cope with stress due to emotional/artistic outlet/expression, humor, family/social connection etc. “Gardening” helps cope with stress due to being in nature/outdoors, physical activity, alone/quiet/calming time etc.
