What has often been called an “achievement gap” is more likely to be called an “opportunity gap” by education scholars as this term recognizes the role that unequal resources play in educational outcomes.
After reading the article on e-learning/online learning, please answer the following questions:
1. What role does socioeconomic status play in a student’s success or struggles with online learning? What two specific e-learning challenges do you believe present the biggest threat to educational equity? Why?
2. What is one policy suggestion presented in chapter 8 that could be applied to the issues with e-learning discussed in the article? Please explain.

For this week’s discussion, I thought it would be fun to play a game and think about the experience. You should play the game through until the end (i.e. you run out of money) and then take a screen shot of your results. Once you have completed this, please answer the following questions:
