These are two really big, difficult questions; in my opinion, they’re among the most interesting and challenging questions about contemporary IOs,. And, as I mentioned in the video lectures, this was meant to be the final week of new material because the ICC is so challenging, so don’t be afraid to think out loud (in a structured, coherent way, of course!).
