To prepare a chart for use in an assignment is quite easy. A chart is essentially a table in which you have established categories for review. To create a table in Word, go to Insert>Insert Table, and then select the number of columns and rows you desire.

Assignment

For this task, you will create a chart for a parental audience in which you prioritize and justify 10 of the most important components of an early childhood assessment program. You can choose a source of your choice when formatting.

Use the following steps to create your chart:

Call your chart, “What to Look for in a Quality Early Childhood Education Assessment Program.”
Analyze each of the 10 components, explain why each one is important, and identify each component’s influence on a successful early childhood education program.
Include a brief narrative at the end of your chart that explains why you prioritized these components in this manner.
Design your chart to meet the following specifications:

Address all three components.
Include a minimum of five (5) professional reference citations on a separate APA reference list.
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Be sure to adhere to Northcentral University’s Academic Integrity Policy.
