Problem identification

For this assignment: Identify A patient problem from the list provided or one of your choosing, then research evidence to determine or support your ideas as to why this is a prevalent patient problem. Find evidence to support why it is a problem and how you think you would be able to solve it. There is a template provided in the attached files, this should be opened right away so that you could review exactly what you’re expected to do for this assignment, because the final product for this assignment is that completed template. Also Please read all the instructions carefully so that you know what needs to be done exactly for the assignment. 5 scholarly recourses are required. Scholarly reference is someone who is an expert in the field who has done research or has been peer reviewed, its been researched to be true and it is evidence based. so it is not something like a stat site or a .com site or something like that. Ideally you will be working with me for the next 4 assignments: The patient problem that you identify here will be used throughout the remainder of the assignments.Each assignment is designed to be a pice of that patient problem.
