Project Closeout

The final phase of a project is project closeout. Project closeout includes obtaining customer approval based on the criteria established for success, communications with stakeholders, and disbursement of the project team. A post-implementation project review is also helpful to discuss lessons learned.

This assignment addresses a project’s closeout process.

Use your team’s project which you began in Week 2.
Write a business paper.
Cite at least two credible references. Wikipedia, eHow, businessdictionary.com, and the like are not acceptable academic sources.
Format the paper consistent with APA guidelines.
Avoid the use of first-person and similar verbiage.
Implement the following outline to ensure all required topics are addressed.
