Project Management
The final project assignment will be a final research paper describing information derived from case studies of three particular projects. Students can choose 1 of the the 3 projects and write about the lessons learned and the project delivery, LEED rating .
Students will be required:
To describe the process by which the project was conceived and ultimately executed.
Special features that impacted the delivery of the project
Who were the stakeholders for the project and what role did each play
What options could have been used in the project delivery that could have changed the outcome of the project.
What outside influences impacted the development and overall implementation of the project.
Specifications for the paper will be as follows:
Minimum word count of 2500 words. Maximum is 5000 words.
MLA format
Cover page with info that includes: title of project, student name, course number, course name, semester and date of submission.
Table of contents
Paragraph on why you chose that project and what you learned from doing the course.
Appendix with sources cited and correctly identified
Photos can be included and do not count towards the word count

Each project is different and has information available for you to review and research beyond the link provided. This is a assignment to demonstrate you skill level in researching and in interpretation of information and application of PM Principles.
The goal is to demonstrate the ability to write and utilize vocabulary terms that support PMI principles and demonstrate the understanding of these principles and how they can be applied or were applied in the various projects.
