1.Summary:
Readings #20（Which is I upload）from The Social Construction of Difference and Inequality

First, read all the articles assigned for the week. The short Introductions to each section are optional but strongly recommended for study purposes. Next, in a paper of 1.5-2 pages (500+ words), and summarize its key points.

Summarize 2 or 3 central points made in the reading
Discuss the types of evidence or research the authors use in making their argument (statistics, history, interviews, personal anecdotes, etc.)
Your response to the reading: Do you find the arguments and evidence convincing? What does the reading make you think about?
Answer one of the “Questions for Critical Thinking” included at the end of each reading, following the References.

2 Solidarity Without Borders
Read all the short articles, including the Introduction, from chapter 7 of The Age of Inequality(Which is I upload)
Choose ONE of the short articles and summarize its key points in one paragraph (3-5 sentences). Consider when the author wrote the article and its larger social-historical context (the Introductory sections of the chapter will help with this) and explain how it says something significant about social inequality in the U.S.
