Report on Fredo Corleone of the Godfather movie

a. Watch the movie, The Godfather (and/or read Puzo’s book). Write a report analyzing the leadership approaches of the character, Fredo Corleone, and applying our course (course is Ethical Management and Leadership) concepts. Leadership is the main focus, but you may include other material (for example, power, influence, ethics, values, motivation, organizational structure, conflict, etc.). Use at least three leadership models, theories, or approaches covered in class (in the Northouse book – see reference below) to support this analysis. The analysis should be concrete and very specific (for example, citing specific scenes, dialogue, etc., and linking course concepts to observable behavior and the consequences of those behaviors). Also, explain how the character, Fredo Corleone, got himself into his current situations, and how he can solve his problems using our leadership models (and, if appropriate, other course content). More detail and development are better than vague and general discussions of the material. Use at least three current (2014-2019), peer-reviewed journal references, APA format, 12-point font, line spacing = 2, section headings, and MS-Word format.
