Research Methods

For this assignment, you will have to do a literature search on the topic that you came up with. You will have to find at least 5 empirical articles (primary sources), and create an annotated bibliography for those 5 articles. Instructions for how to create an annotated bibliography can be found below. Make sure to include our topic and hypothesis at the top of the document (before you start the annotated bibliography).
For each peer-reviewed article, you must include the following information:
A full, proper reference citation in APA style (see Lecture 6 or the Purdue Online Writing Lab– https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/05/– for directions on how to make a reference entry in APA style)
4-6 sentences indicating
The question the author was proposing/topic of the paper
Methods (what the researchers did)
Results, conclusions, recommendations for future research

An evaluation of the article (2-3 sentences). This should include:
Any major limitations of the research (this is where you think critically about the article…see article notes outline questions)
How this will be useful when discussing your topic (what info will you be using from this article & what is its purpose)?
The annotations should be in one document in the order in which they would appear in a reference page (see Purdue OWL website for specifics) with no extra spaces in between the entries. The document needs to be double-spaced, 1” margins, regular font size 12.
