Russian Growth and Development

Originally, the products I produced did not line up with the teachers requirements outlined below. Please implement Russian Electronic Warfare into the paper as it was the foundation of my Topic Proposal. I will attach my products as a reference.

Teachers instructions:
A solid introduction (explain your thesis statement, the supporting points and what the paper will be about and trying to show)

· A detailed introduction to Agar (and my own article), his view of culture, his notion of cultural markers (language, gender, education level, religion, ethnicity, and other pertinent) and identities and his use of rich points to help determine markers (remember, Agar and theory will “frame” how you will approach your topic. You should also use the JSOU book as well to inform your thesis, approach and content for your paper.

· A review of the dynamics of culture groups, their markers, their core beliefs, identities today in a location or area of your choice, in other words, what and who are the social and culture groups, their relationship to other groups they interact with, etc. in that location FROM their perspective, not FROM our perspective. Trust me, how we look at and parse the important identities in a situation like Syria, the Kurds, Kashmir or others is not even close to how the peoples on the ground see themselves. That is what we are after here. If we can’t discern that basic understanding, everything we do is built on a faulty reality. Agar and my article should help with this.

· Interview (no surveys) of folks for your paper or develop an interview protocol that consists of questions you would ask members of these culture groups that would help you discern the markers and identities, what are the questions and why these questions you want to ask and then what you would expect to find as answers. Then apply this analysis to your topic.
