What patterns do you see in your chart? What things both go up or both go down at same time? What things go in opposite directions? What changes in your mood/stress precede changes in your health? How do your life events (as noted in your diary) correspond to your moods? Did your chart surprise you, or did you see what you expected? Was your average daily mood, stress, health different than you expected? What was it like to keep a diary on moods, stress, and health?
