2. Identify the principles of management at the supervisory level. (20 pts.)
3. Identify and discuss the human skills necessary for supervision. (20 pts.)
4. Explain motivational techniques and give examples of how they can be utilized by a supervisor.(20 pts.)
5. Structure a working environment which will provide a variety of ways for employees to be motivated.(20 pts.)
