Create a surveillance and reconnaissance request for supervisor approval using the provided intelligence report from the referring agency. (This is the same intelligence report employed earlier in the course to assess information using the five steps of the intelligence cycle.) Your surveillance and reconnaissance request should identify the target and determine the appropriate surveillance and reconnaissance method(s) to employ in
collecting additional intelligence. You should focus on the “who, what, where, when, why, and how” in requesting approval for these activities.
